The Gemalto .NET smart card is a secure, ultra-miniature personal computing technology that runs a streamlined version of the .NET framework. Gemalto .NET devices enable companies to seamlessly protect their network assets and identities through their two-factor authentication and full cryptographic capabilities. They are natively supported in Windows Vista and integrated with Microsoft’s optional Smart Card Cryptography components for Windows XP and Server 2003.
