Prior to joining McAfee, Justin served as the Chief Operating Officer for the global HR function at Experian, where he was a key leader driving the company’s people strategy. He played a pivotal role in enabling the business's growth in both size and revenue. Justin’s efforts in fostering a high-performance culture contributed to numerous accolades, including Experian's inclusion in the Fortune Top 100 Companies list for four consecutive years, recognition by Forbes as one of the world’s most innovative companies, and several prestigious diversity and inclusion awards.

Before Experian, Justin served in several leadership roles in the U.K. and Hong Kong, working for technology companies BT and Logica. He earned his Masters in HR Management from Rutgers in the U.S., an MBA from Kingston University in the U.K., and a Bachelor of Arts, French & Business from the University of Surrey, U.K.
