  1. Log in to your McAfee account.
  2. At the top of your My Account page, select Account, and then click My Profile.
  3. At the top of the Account Information section, click Update.
  4. Enter your new email address, and then click Save.

  1. Go to myaccount.mcafee.com.
  2. On the Sign in to your account page, click Forgot password.
  3. Type your McAfee registered email address and click Continue.
  4. Type the one-time passcode received in your email, and click Continue.
  5. Type a new password and click Reset password.

  3. Click All expired to see your expired subscriptions. Or click View active to see your subscriptions that have not yet expired.
  4. Look for the subscription you want to renew and click Renew.

  2. Under the Get help with section, click Request a Refund.
  3. Select your country, then click Request a Refund again.
  4. Choose one of the options (such as Price is too expensive) and follow the on-screen instructions.
    Note: You can request a refund within 30 days of purchasing a McAfee product.
